🔑 Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is from 15:00. You don't need to wait for us — everything is handled via a lockbox at the apartment door. Your unique access code will be sent to you via AirBnB message or WhatsApp before your arrival.

On arrival at the complex: The complex is access-controlled. Call Wynand on arrival for gate access. Once inside, your apartment lockbox code gives you full access. A gate remote will be provided for use during your stay.

Check-out is by 10:00. Simply return the gate remote to the apartment, lock up using the lockbox, and you're done — no need to contact us on the day unless you have a question.

Fast fibre Wi-Fi is included at no extra charge. The network name and password are displayed on the welcome card inside the apartment.

The Wi-Fi stays on during power interruptions thanks to the solar backup system — you won't lose your connection.

All three apartments run on solar backup. During a power interruption, the following stay on:

Urban 3 & Urban 6: Lights, Wi-Fi, fridge and TV remain fully operational.

Lia 14: Essential lights, Wi-Fi and fridge remain on. Please note that the number of available plug points is reduced during backup — high-draw appliances like kettles and microwaves may not operate. The TV remains available.

No action is required from you — the solar system switches automatically.

Each apartment has a Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube pre-installed. A WJINC Netflix account is active on the TV for your convenience — feel free to use it, or log in with your own account for a personalised experience.
